Following the team's Super Bowl win, Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman surprised two young fans on The Queen Latifah Show Tuesday.
Sherman made headlines after the NFC Championship game with an emotional on-field interview with FOX Sports' Eric Andrews. Sherman had just tipped a pass intended for 49ers' Michael Crabtree in the endzone, sealing the Seahawks' trip to the Super Bowl.
"I'm the best corner in the game! When you try me with a sorry receiver like Crabtree, that's the result you gonna get," Sherman shouted into the camera. "Don't open your mouth about the best, or I'm going to shut it for you real quick!"
Many people critized Sherman for the rant, but 6-year-old Seahawks fan Nikolas saw Sherman in a different light and compared him to the cartoon character "Wreck-It Ralph" in a letter. Sherman was so moved, he retweeted the letter to his nearly one-million followers.

With the help of Queen Latifah, Sherman surprised Nikolas and his fellow 10-year-old Seahawks superfan Lucy on the show.
"The whole experience was amazing! I can’t even express how incredible. Seriously, there are no words," said Nikolas mom, Leslie.
Leslie said after the taping was done, Sherman spent time taking pictures with the kids and talked at length with Nikolas about his essay and how much it meant to him.
"It is a day and an experience that we will never forget," said Leslie.
