2 men killed in accident on Interstate 75 in Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A coroner's office has released the identities of two men killed in a weekend accident on southbound Interstate 75 in Kentucky.
Media outlets report the Fayette County coroner's office identified the victims as 40-year-old Michael Jones and 42-year-old Chad Taylor. They were pronounced dead at the scene early Saturday. Their hometowns weren't immediately released. Jones was from Leslie County and Taylor was from Whitley County.
Lexington police Lt. Jackie Newman says the men were driving separate vehicles that crashed at a high rate of speed. Newman says two passengers were hospitalized.
The accident remains under investigation.
