Surveillance video released after 2 injured in Bardstown Rd. shooting

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police shut down a portion of Bardstown Road early Friday morning for an investigation into an early morning shooting that injured two people.

At around 2 a.m. Friday, police say two people were injured outside Akiko's Karaoke Bar at the corner of Bardstown Road and Grinstead Drive. 

Police say an ABC officer was involved and did fire at the suspects, but they are unsure if anyone was hit.

According to witnesses, a fight started inside the bar and spilled out into the streets.  Police believe shrapnel and glass from gunfire may have injured two people during the altercation.

According to police, both victims have non-life threatening injuries and are expected to be OK.

Police are searching for two suspects.  Anyone with information is asked to call the Lousville Metro Police anonymous tip line at 574-LMPD.

Police shut down Bardstown Road near Grinstead Drive for approximately two to three hours during their investigation on Friday morning.
