BERLIN - It may seem odd, but David Hasselhoff, the former star of the “Knight Rider” and “Baywatch” TV series, is on a mission to save the Berlin Wall.
A large crowd of people showed up to help support the cause. Property developers wanted to tear it down, but activists formed a human chain in front of it.
Hasselhoff topped German pop charts with his song, “Looking for Freedom,” which he sang from the wall during a performance in 1989.
