People who eat only a diet of raw foods -- just fruits and vegetables - are more healthy than first thought.
A new study followed Americans who ate a typical diet of meat, refined carbohydrates, animal products and cooked food and those who just ate raw foods.
They found the raw food eaters weighed less and had a lower bone density, but did not show a higher risk of broken bones or osteoporosis.
