Inspiring Curiousity

WHAS11 and Sullivan College of Technology and Design invite teachers of kindergarten through 12 grade in the WHAS11 viewing area to enter the Inspiring Curiosity Contest.  We’re awarding $2,000 to help further STEM education in local classrooms.  We want to see the big ideas, experiments and projects in need of funding that will inspire our next generation of innovators!

The deadline to enter the contest is Sunday, March 12 at 5 p.m. ET.  Entries will be judged on the following criteria: Incorporation of STEM Theme, Classroom Participation, Creativity and Visual Appeal.  One finalist from each grade category will be selected for the chance to win the grand prize. All 4 finalist teachers will win an appearance on WHAS11’s Great Day Live* to discuss their efforts to further STEM education.
