Did you know you could save money at the grocery store without ever clipping a coupon? Yep, I'm serious. Ya'll know I'm a HUGE coupon fan but if you're short on time or you just don't feel like clipping, you can still save a bundle with these tips.

{Easy Ways to Save Money at the Grocery Store Without Coupons}

1. Shop the Sales Flyer: The sales flyers hold the biggest loss leaders for the store. That means, the store is willing to take a loss on those items just to get your business. Be a strategic shopper and plan only around those items.

2. Grab a Basket Not a Buggy: Seems simple, right? Pick up a hand held basket and skip the buggy this way, there's no room for impulse buys like ice cream or chocolate...not that there's anything wrong with that.

3. Shop at the End of the Day: Many stores will mark down pastry items and even meat and produce at the end of the day. If you have a class party coming up, run by the bakery at the end of the day and see if you can score 33-50% off!

4. Shop Manager's Sales & Clearance Deals: Check the endcaps of the store and keep your eyes peeled for store specific deals and sales. You could save big by spotting just a few good deals.

5. Know Your Prices: This should probably be #1 really, it's just that good. There is a retail price, a sale price and a rock bottom price, the trick is knowing which is which so you make the right buys. It is important to track the prices of the items you actually buy so you can easily tell the best price then, when the item is at it's lowest price, you can stock up and save!
