ASH FORK, Ariz., -- An Ash Fork, Ariz., man is accused of keeping teen girls as sex slaves and setting up "sex dates" with older men then photographing or filming the acts.
On Feb. 29, deputies from the Coconino County Sheriff's Office responded to the Ash Fork area after a 14-year-old girl requested help in moving out of her residence. The female reported having conflicts with the man living there.
The girl told deputies that Donald Leacock, 51, had fondled her and had taken nude photographs of her and other underage females.
It was also reported that Leacock lived in the home with his 16-year-old wife and that Leacock would invite other older men to come over to the house for the purpose of having sexual intercourse with her.
Leacock reportedly would take pictures and movies of the sexual acts and would also post nude pictures of the girl on the Internet for the purpose of meeting new subjects.
According to the Sheriff's Office, the investigation revealed that the nude pictures of the girl were taken as early as age 13 and included sexual activity at the same age. Witnesses said that Leacock was sexually active with the girl as early as age 12.
Leacock and his ex-wife lived in the home along with the 14-year-old female whom he later married.
The now 16-year-old wife of Leacock was removed from the home by the Sheriff's Office and CPS.
Leacock was taken into custody on March 1 and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor after several images were found on his computer.
Detectives found evidence that allegedly indicates that occupants of the home participated in master/slave relationships, with Leacock acting as the master to female slaves.
Leacock moved from the Phoenix area to Kaibab Estates in 2006.
Howard Leventhal was also arrested in this case. The Coconino County Attorney's Office issued an arrest warrant for Richard Rush for sexual assault and vulnerable adult abuse. A fourth suspect is dead and additional suspects and are being sought.
The Sheriff's Office said there could be other victims in Maricopa and Yavapai counties.
Sheriff's detectives have served two search warrants in Ashfork and two in Phoenix. More than 10 personal computers and laptops have been seized and are awaiting forensic examination by Sheriff's Office.
Leacock was indicted by the Coconino County Grand Jury on 24 counts of sexual exploitation of minor. He is in the Coconino County Detention Facility, awaiting trial on Aug. 5.
