Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - The teenager facing charges in the deaths of four Louisville teens was back in court Friday morning.
Herbert Lee is facing murder charges for the deaths of Marc, Demar and Jemar Claybrooks and their friend, Aaron Shields.
Police say Lee was fleeing from officers when he crashed a stolen car in December 2008 killing the four boys.
On Friday in court the defense asked for more evidence in the case.
They want dash cam video of all the police cruisers on the scene that night and want testimony from additional officers allowed in the discovery.
Lee is set to be back in court next Thursday.
