(WHAS11) - A second person is now charged in the brutal beating death of a Louisville man.

44-year-old Tony Clemons is charged with the murder of Joseph Bow.

Police say the assault happened on Halloween night in the 1200 block of south Preston Street.

Patricia Wallace was also charged in the murder.

Police say Wallace and Bow may have been romantically involved at some point.

Police say Wallace and Clemons used a pipe to beat the victim and later put a bag on his head and tied his belt around the bag.

Bow died last week from his injuries.
