CHARLESTOWN, Ind. (WHAS11) -- The rape charges against a Charlestown, Ind. teenager has now been dismissed.
Matthew Whisman was charged with raping a classmate at a party in 2011. He confessed to police but a judge decided the statements would not be allowed as evidence in his trial.
His case had been moved from adult court to juvenile court but on Friday we learned the charges have been dropped.
Another teen charged in the case already entered a plea.
