RISING SUN, Ind. (AP) -- A 17-year-old southeastern Indiana youth who a prosecutor says fantasized about killing someone will face adult charges of murder in the strangulation death of his 10-year-old brother.
Andrew Conley of Rising Sun faces an initial hearing Friday on the charge. Prosecutors say he admitted killing 10-year-old Conner Conley on Sunday and dumping his body near a park in Rising Sun, about 20 miles southwest of Cincinnati, Ohio.
An Ohio County sheriff's deputy found the boy's body Sunday night.
Dearborn-Ohio County Prosecutor Aaron Negangard says Andrew Conley will be held in an adult jail.
Negangard describes the teenager as evil and a cold-blooded killer and says he might seek life without parole for the youth.
