Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11)- A pre-trial hearing set for 9 a.m. Monday for 5 suspects charged in connection with a double fatal shooting in Louisville.
The suspects include Zachery Kilgore, who is also accused of making threats against one of the witnesses to the crime.
Stevonte Woods says he still plans to testify.
His mother, Dianna Woods and brother, Steve Wood Jr. were killed in November of 2009.
