LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville nurse is accused of stealing pain medication from Norton Audobon Hospital.
Melinda Miller, 33, is charged with theft of a controlled substance.
Police say Miller was removing Dilaudid from the hospital for the past two months. Police say she took 975 milligrams of the drug.
Miller told detectives that she had access to the drugs using doctors orders and removed more of the drug than authorized.
