Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - WHAS11 News has learned new information about a Bullitt County child abuse case.
The mother of twin baby boys has been criminally charged.
18-year-old Courtney Caro was charged Wednesday morning with criminal abuse in the first degree.
Caro's 4-month-old son, Aiden, was killed earlier this month.
Her boyfriend, 18-year-old Samuel Harris is charged with murdering the infant.
Her other son, Braiden, had also been abused and was back in the hospital recently after it was discovered he had more injuries.
The police report says that Caro let her boyfriend abuse one of her twin sons.
