(WHAS11) - Police in Nelson County say they have a suspect in custody charged with last week’s murder.
33-year-old Kenneth C. Mattingly is charged with killing Donald Marshall, who was found shot to death in a car on Nelsonville Road.
Police made the arrest Saturday night.
Mattingly's father was also arrested at the same time but he is facing drug charges.
