Police have arrested a western Kentucky man accused of making a death threat on the social networking Web site Facebook.

Police say a complaint from a parent of a student at Graves County High School led to the arrest of 19-year-old Sean Hendley. The Paducah Sun reports that the girl's mother told police that her daughter had been threatened by another female student over the past several days.

The Graves County Sheriff's Department says much of the harassment had occurred via text message and on Facebook

During the investigation Hendley, of Mayfield, was accused of threatening to kill the girl for $100. He was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening on Saturday. A teen girl was also charged with harassment in the case.
