LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The designs call for a 2,000 foot long Gene Snyder tunnel starting at the Gene Snyder to pass under the Drumanard Estate.
WHAS11 news has learned that Kentucky is very close to reaching a deal to buy the Drumanard Estate -- but even then the tunnel plan would not change.
