(WHAS11) - Fort Knox is in the middle of a massive transition from armor to deployment training and desk jobs.
Its part of the military's base realignment and as WHAS11 News discovered, the transformation is nearly everywhere.
Calvary and armor exhibits at the Patton Museum remain on display through the summer but the old tanks will roll out in May.
