(WHAS11) - A former Jefferson County Clerk employee is suing County Clerk Bobbie Holsclaw and another employee for wrongful termination and sexual harassment.
Former employee Sue Turner alleges that her supervisor John Clark smacked her on the rear, routinely touched his groin and made gestures in front of her.
When turner complained to Clark's supervisor - Bobbie Holsclaw - Turner claims Holsclaw retaliated by criticizing her work and then terminated Turner when she began complaining about outside gifts.
WHAS11 tried to reach the Jefferson County Clerk's Office for comment. They have not returned our call.
