A retired Louisville Metro police officer is expected in court Tuesday after he was charged with stalking his ex-girlfriend.

The ex-girlfriend said Terry Lane Henry has been harassing her for months, but when she tried to get an emergency protection order it was denied by a judge.

She said she will be asking for a permanent order Tuesday.

Henry was arrested last week outside his former girlfriend's house.

Police said Henry had a gun, handcuffs and binoculars in his car when he was arrested.  They also said he had been drinking vodka.
