LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Two firefighters were taken to the hospital Sunday night after a fire in Fairdale.
The fire broke out shortly after 8 p.m. in the 9400 block of Minute Men Drive off of National Turnpike.
Apparently, the homeowners were using acetone on the floor in the basement when something ignited the chemical firefighters said. The fire then spread throughout the home.
