LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A new movie theater is coming to Mall St. Matthews!
The mall has signed a lease with Cinemark-- which plans to build a theater in the old Dillard’s space.
Part of that space is currently occupied with a Forever 21 store-- that will remain where it is. The rest of the vacant space will be torn down so Cinemark can build the theaters.
No word on how many screens there will be or when construction will start.
Cinemark also owns the Tinseltown theaters in eastern Jefferson County.
