Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - A controversial Louisville church has moved out of Germantown and into west Buechel.
The City of Refuge Worship Center has been the site of many protests after a registered sex offender was ordained there in September.
Mark Hourigan served time for sexually abusing an 11-year-old but says he's no longer a threat to children and has agreed not to be alone with them at the church.
According to the church web site, services have moved to Crown Manor Place from the original location on Goss Avenue.
