Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11)- Fire forces a man out of his home in the Chickasaw neighborhood.
It happened shortly before 1 a.m. on Sunset Avenue, off of Cecil and Hale Avenue.
Firefighters say when they arrived they found heavy fire in the back of the home.
Scorch marks were visible on the upper portion of the house.
Firefighters say the man got out of the house before they arrived.
The cause is still under investigation.
