Some Black Friday shoppers have been in line for nearly 30 hours to get in on door buster deals offered by retailers and for those shoppers at Best Buy on Shelbyville Road, that patience paid off.

The line stretched from the front door of Best Buy, around the side of the building, and all the way to the back loading dock.  But Best Buy customers and employees did not see the typical mad rush when the doors opened at 5 a.m.  Best Buy handed out vouchers for their door buster deals to those who braved the cold temps overnight and early this morning, helping to keep the crowd controlled.

Traffic is moving well around the Louisville area malls, but there is a bit of a back-up in southern Indiana near Veteran's Parkway and Lewis and Clark Parkway.

If you're headed out to the malls Oxmoor center, The Mall Saint Matthews and the Green Tree Mall in Clarksville, Ind. are open until 9 p.m. and Jefferson Mall is open until 10 p.m. Many malls offer extended holiday hours through the shopping season.
