Bill meant to curb drunk driving would require ignition lock on car of convicted DUI offenders

(WHAS11) A bill meant to curb drunk driving in Kentucky is moving forward to the state senate.
House bill 58 would require people convicted of drunk driving to use an ignition lock, which would keep them from starting their car if they’ve been drinking.
The lock tests the driver’s breathe for blood alcohol content.
It would be required for all dui convictions, including first offenses.
