10 oz-Spaghetti Cooked
4-Scallops Jumbo
1/4oz-Peas
1/4oz-Carrots
1/4oz-Chopped Tomatoe
2oz-Alfredo
2oz-Marinara
-Crushed Red Pepper, S&P to taste
1oz-Vodka
1oz ea-Garlic Butter, Parmesan Cheese and Parsley
-Saute Scallops in Oil Lightly Til Edges Brown
-Add Tomatoes, Peas and Carrots
-Deglaze with Vodka
-Add Marinara and Alfredo
-Add Paste and Garlic Butter Toss well, Garnish Parmesan and Parsley
Sapphire Bluegrass
2.5oz Bombay sapphire
.5oz vya sweet vermouth
1oz lemongrass infused agave nectar (method: simmer agave nectar with lemongrass for 5 min, strain and store in cool place)
3 dashes of orange bitters
1 fresh egg white
1/2 squeeze whole lemon
1 spring of thyme
Shake and double strain over fresh ice
