Best Vineyards' Spiced Apple Pork

Spiced Apple Pork

1 pork tenderloin about 3 lbs.
1 package of Lipton's onion soup mix
6-8 red small whole red potatoes
2 apples, sliced
1/2 lb. baby carrots
1/2 cup spiced apple wine per pound of pork

Marinate pork in wine and soup mix for about 12 hours or overnight.

Put potatoes in bottom of 6 quart crock pot.  

Next put the carrots on top of potatoes and slice apples on top of carrots.  

Put pork on top of the veggies and pour juice over all.  

Cook for about 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.  

About an hour before it's done, thicken juices with 2 heaping tablespoons of cornstarch mixed in 1/4 cup of water.
