Protein Poppers

3/4 cup oatmeal

2 scoops of EAS vanilla 100% whey protein powder 

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 honey

1/4 cup raisins

 

Directions: 

- wash hands thoroughly

-Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl; mix in honey and peanut butter

-Stir until evenly mixed

-scoop about 1 Tablespoon of mixture and shape into round balls. 

-Arrange on a plate or pan

- Store in freezer for about 30 minutes, until set

-place in a ziplock bag and store in refrigerator.
