Barnstable Brown Derby Eve Gala

Corn Pudding Recipe (for Brownstable Brown Gala or your own big party)

10 lbs. corn, 10# (whole) corn, 1 cup red bell pepper, 1 cup white onion (sautéed), 14 cups of milk, 2 cups of sugar, 3 tablespoons of salt, 2 cups of flour, 2 sticks of margarine and 21 eggs.

Combine all ingredients and place in hotel pan.  Bake in oven on 350 degrees until firm and golden brown on top.  Should take around 15 – 20 minutes but you do need to check it for firmness and color on top.

Makes 50 servings
