This is a fun and tasty fundraiser all in the same place, it's called Dessert's First. On January 26th at The International Convention Center 30 local chef's will compete in a dessert and appetizer competition. The catch? One main ingredient must be a girl scout cookie.
CEO of Girl Scout's Kentuckiana Colonel Lora Tucker and pastry chef Brooke Brighty met us on the kitchen set to tell us about the largest fundraiser for adults that the local girl scouts present. Brooke creates a light fluffy mousse with a lemon-zesty flavor topped off with the newest cookie the Savannah Smile.
