Crab Wontons
2 cup King Crab (rough chopped)
1 cup Heavy Cream
½ cup Parmesan (grated)
¼ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
6 ea Soshito Peppers (chopped fine)
2 ea Garlic Cloves (chopped fine)
1 sm Shallot (chopped fine)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 egg
Splash of water
Wonton Wrappers
-Sweat Soshito Peppers, Shallots, and Garlic until they are soft
-Add King Crab
-Add Parmesan
-Add Panko
-Add Heavy Cream
Stir constantly
Bring to a Boil
Take off heat cool down until chilled in refrigerator.
1-2 hrs
Make Egg Wash
1 egg and splash of water
Put mixture in wonton and seal with egg wash
