Patrón Citrónge 0.5 oz.
Agave nectar 0.5 oz.
Fresh Lime 0.5 oz.
3 wheels of hickory smoked jalapeño
3 wheels of cucumber
5 basil leaves
Muddle. Shake and double strain into cocktail glass over large ice.
Cafe con Patrón
Patrón XO Cafe Dark Cocoa 1.5 oz.
Butter Schnapps 0.5 oz.
Float of vanilla infused whipped cream
Rimmed with a vanilla caramel rim
Build everything in shaker except whip cream float and strain into martini glass. Whip cream float process: heavy cream sweeten with vanilla simple syrup, emulsify with frothier. Float in top, rim glass with caramel canola sugar.
Patrón Perfect Margarita
Patrón Reposado 1. 5 oz.
Patrón Citrónge 0.5 oz.
Agave nectar 0.5 oz.
Fresh lime 1/2
Salt rim
Build in shaker. Add all ingredients and shake. Strain into martini glass with salt rim.
