Bourbon Cider Twist

1 cup sugar

2 tbsp. whole cloves, crushed

1 three inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced

1 cinnamon stick

4 ½ oz. Evan Williams Apple Orchard

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Dried apple slice, to garnish


Boil 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, cloves, ginger, and cinnamon; let sit for 1 hour. Strain and chill syrup. Mix ¾ oz. ginger syrup, Evan Williams Apple Orchard and juice in a shaker with ice; shake to chill. Strain into a martini glass; garnish with apple.

Smash and Grab

2 oz. Larceny                                     

2 Orange Slices                                 

2 Mint sprigs               

.25 oz. Simple syrup                          


Combine in a cocktail shaker, muddle lightly and shake vigorously, double strain into an old fashion glass with ice, garnish with an orange slice.

Peppermint Milk

2 oz. Burnett’s Candy Cane Vodka

1 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur

1 Cup Chocolate Milk


Pour Vodka and Irish Cream Liqueur in a tall glass. In a separate glass, stir chocolate syrup with milk until dissolved Gently pour chocolate milk into original glass and stir.

PAMA and Champagne

2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur

2 oz. Champagne


Pour PAMA and Champagne into shaker over ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute. Garnish with strawberry.
