Winston’s Lobster Boil


Yield for 2


2 gallons of boiling water

1 Package of Crab Boil Seasonings

1 Cup of Old Bay Seasoning

1 lobster

2 ears of corn

2 peeled carrots

1 onion cut into quarters

6 clams

6 mussels

4 red potatoes

6 shrimp

Kielbasa sausage if desired


Bring the water and seasonings to a boil and add the potatoes, carrots, and onion cool until the potatoes are almost done. Then add the following corn, clams, mussels, Kielbasa  cook for 3-5 min then add the shrimp and lobsters and cook an additional 10 min.


Serve with corn muffins and french bread to sop up some pot liquor. Include melted butter for dipping. This can be seasoned with chopped chives and parsley as well as garlic, if desired.
