Check out Great Day Live! beginning Monday on WHAS11. Join hosts WHAS-TV news anchor Rachel Platt and 84 WHAS radio’s Terry Meiners from 9 AM – 10 AM every Monday through Friday. The two have worked together for more than a decade on Good Morning Kentuckiana, WHAS-TV’s morning newscast featuring Meiners’ live remotes every Friday.
Great Day Live! will feature segments including topical interviews, local and national entertainment, live music, local chefs and live remotes from around Kentuckiana. The show’s other on-air contributors include Angie Fenton, managing editor of the Voice-Tribune newspaper and a local entertainment correspondent, and Laura Rogers, formerly a morning and noon TV host from WBKO-TV in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The senior producer of Great Day Live! is Holly Rudolph, a former WHAS-TV news producer, as well as an advertising creative and public relations executive.
