The411 with Sherlene Shanklin: This Saturday, The Muhammad Ali Institute for Peace & Justice at the University of Louisville will host the ALI SHUFFLE 10K Run/Walk: Connecting Communities One Step at a Time. What makes the event so unique is that the course will follow the steps of a young Cassius Clay known to many today as Muhammad Ali. Supporters will start at the school Ali went to as a young man at 3628 Virginia Avenue. The route will also take you past his childhood home and other landmarks in his life. The event is a fundraiser for the university's Ali Scholars who plan to go to West Africa and Belize this summer to learn about community work. The ALI SHUFFLE begins at 8 a.m. and the to participate in the run/walk the registration fee is $20 per person with includes a t-shirt.
