The411 with Sherlene Shanklin: Mega stars Beyonce and Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter released the first pictures of their bundle of joy. In the photos released from Beyonce's website, shows the beautiful pictures of the Blue Ivy. The Carters put a note on their site that says "We welcome you to share in our joy.
