(6/12/2011 Louisville, KY)--The Derby City Thunder(1-0) opened the 2011 season by destroying the Cincinnati Jayhawks(0-1) 58-12.
The Thunder was hitting on all cylinders Saturday, playing their first home game at historic Flaget Field.
Quarterback Eric Miles led the Thunder by passing nine times, completing seven and 5 touchdowns.
The defense played superb scoring two TD's and harassing the Jayhawks QB all day.
Next for the Thunder is the Tri-State Sharks.
