Magic Wheelchairs helps kids in wheelchairs across the U.S. experience Halloween in the most unique way. Volunteer builders Louis and Nate Peters helped build New Salisbury, Indiana native Max Bowen’s camper costume. You can learn more about the Magic Wheelchair organization at MagicWheelchair.org and on social media.
