People Magazine's 'Sexiest Man Alive' through the years
Matthew McConaughey's breakout role was in 1993's "Dazed and Confused", but there's nothing confusing about the famously broad-chested Texas native's sex appeal. Named Sexiest Man in 2005, McConaughey has appeared in a string of romantic comedies alongside such leading ladies as Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Lopez and Kate Hudson. (People Magazine)
