Celebrity Scoop: Bette Midler doesn't 'get' pole dancing

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Bette Midler is a lousy pole dancer in "Parental Guidance" and she's not surprised. She says you have to be an athlete to do it well. Midler says it's "staggering" to see woman "hold themeslves out at right angles." She admits she just doesn't get the appeal of it.
