BLAKE SHELTON TO RELEASE HIS FIRST CHRISTMAS ALBUM
UNDATED (AP) -- "Cheers It's Christmas." That's the name of Blake Shelton's first Christmas album, set for release October 2. The album will include a number of classic holiday songs and a special single, "Time For Me To Come Home." Shelton recorded and co-wrote the song with his mother, Dorothy Shackleford. Other guests who recorded duets with Shelton include longtime friend, Reba McEntire and Michael BublΘ. In 2008, Shelton recorded a number-one version of BublΘ's song "Home." The two have reworked the single for the Christmas album.
