NEW YORK (AP) — A woman nearly burned to death by the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks is ready to tell her story.
Lauren Manning, at the time a partner at Cantor Fitzgerald in the World Trade Center, has a deal for "Every Day, a Choice." Henry Holt and Co. announced the memoir Monday. It will come out in the fall, around the 10th anniversary of the attacks.
Manning's improbable recovery was documented in a 2002 book by her husband, Greg Manning. That book was called "Love, Greg & Lauren."
