LOS ANGELES (WHAS11) – Grammy award-winning rapper Lil’ Wayne is currently hospitalized in Los Angeles after suffering a second bout of violent seizures.
The ‘Lollipop’ rapper was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Tuesday evening after suffering multiple seizures.
According to reports, the 30-year-old was released on Wednesday but returned to the hospital later that evening after being discovered unconscious by his bodyguard.
There’s speculation surfacing that Lil’ Wayne may have binged on large amounts of codeine before his second hospital visit.
Lil' Wayne was recently visted Louisville in November to promote his Trukfit clothing line.
