LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- It was a successful, but soggy, weekend for the 10th annual Worldfest.

The region's largest international festival celebrated a decade on the Belvedere with a wide array of food, music, dance and culture from around the globe.

Event organizers say they've had about 50,000 people visit the festival over the weekend, and they're hoping for another 10,000 on Sunday.

The weather is top of mind tonight, and there is a plan in place, just in case.

"We're staying in front of the storm today," said Worldfest organizer Joseph MacDonald.  "We're staying in connection with Metrosafe, so we're clued in when significant rainfall and wind approaches this area so that we can notify everyone as soon as we possibly can."
