LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- He's a young man who’s captured our hearts in Kentuckiana and now he needs you to be an extra in a movie!

Patrick Henry Hughes was born without eyes and without the ability to straighten his arms and legs which has left him unable to walk.

But he became a musician and wowed us all year after year on the Crusade for Children.

Hughes grew up and performed in UofL’s marching band, with his dad pushing his wheelchair; graduating Magna Cum Laude and became a motivational speaker.

There's now a movie about his life called “I Am Potential”

The movie needs extras for the scene where Hughes and his dad came out for the first time to march with the UofL band; UofL actually played against UK.

If you want to be in the movie come in your favorite color, red or blue, on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium. No auditions are necessary; you only have to show up.
