) -- “How I Met Your Mother” actor Neil Patrick Harris and “Breaking Bad” star  Aaron Paul announced the nominees for the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards this morning in North Hollywood. There were some surprises and a few snubs (“The Good Wife” fans are wondering where Julianna Margulies’s nod is), but here who’s having a very good morning today.
