LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Lindsay Lohan's new attorney might've felt he needed some extra luck in pleading her case before the judge that had warned her to grow up and stay out of trouble just months earlier. Mark Heller attached a rabbit's foot to his briefcase. Lohan wore a conservative black dress to the hearing and replied "yes, your honor" to every question. Heller told the judge that Lohan showed up even though she was recovering from an upper respiratory infection because "she wanted to show respect for the court." He says he hopes Lohan's case can be resolved quickly "to bring closure to this drama in her life." Lohan is accused of lying to police about a car crash. Her trial was set for March 18.
